Hidden away in plain view,it's a unique restaurant with a cute backyard open patio with a small water fountain as well..came here in a sunny afternoon, and I had the pleasure to order a Circe pizza(cheese, shrimp, mushroom, tomatoes, onion, garlic) and a beet salad. Pizza had a nice soft crust ,similar to pizza Napolitana in a way,and the shrimps were rather boiled than baked ,which gave them a nice unique soft texture ,very delicious. The beet salad was nice and fresh, with chunks of red beets, spinach, honey walnuts and feta cheese. Service was very good, pizza was about $26,salad $11.
We finally got the right place for dinner the pizza dho was delicious topping with shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes and spring onions, chill in the restaurant backyard was so nice before sunset.
Great place to hang out on a sunny afternoon with my brother and nephew. Lots of seating, a pretty chill vibe, and a good beer selection. Eutropia Pizza: 4/5. How can you go wrong with a pizza with bacon, pork fennel sausage and pepperoni? Quality ingredients and cooked just right on a thin crust.
I've walked past this pizza bar for years, but never realized what I missed out on. Trying out the Eutropia for the first time, I really appreciated the decadent pepperoni and sausage topped with green onions. The crust was thin, and crispy without being overly doughy. The large size was a bit small to share, so we ended up getting two large pizzas to share between 4 people. Pros: Pizza was prepared well, generous toppings and light, thin crust. Cons: Street parking can be difficult to find on a weekend or Friday night. Pizzas are a bit pricey relative to portion size.
Amazing food, amazing service/staff, and cool atmosphere (get It). I am beyond happy to come across this creative planet call Jupiter, the menu is amazing! The staff was wonderful and overall I'll go back next month on my layover
Brief Summary: - Outdoor and indoor seating - pizza can be ordered with two different toppings (half and half) It was a rainy day, so unfortunately we were not able to sit outside with the lovely garden and patio. However, we were in for a surprise when we discovered that there is seating on the second floor. Whenever I walked down Berkeley and saw Jupiter, I thought it was a first story building restaurant. The interior is so cool! It has an elegant rustic feel and atmosphere. Kind of made me feel like I stepped back in time to when saloons were prominent) We arrived early, minutes after the restaurant opened, so there were not many people yet (a perfect photo taking opportunity in my opinion). Sitting near the window to see the buildings of the modern time, we browsed through the menu. We were debating to have a salad or a bruschetta appetizer, and in the end we picked the appetizer. For the topping, we chose Juno and Odysseus. The food arrival was well paced. We got the bruschetta, and when we were almost done with it, the pizza arrived. The pizza looked cool; it was white and red. Juno - contains spicy toppings. With low spice tolerance, some of the jalapeño peppers got pretty spicy. Odyssey - this has a faint, subtle bitter taste that comes from cheese. I don't know what but it was noticeable for a few bites but it goes away after getting used to it.
We came to Jupiter for second dinner as we were still hungry from eating at a izakaya tapas place a few blocks away. We ordered two pizzas and a few drinks and mmmm the pizza and vibe is still as immaculate as I rememebered it from college. This place is great to spend time at as the outdoor area has space heaters, nice lights and live music jamming so it's soothing to the soul as well as great eats~
Amazing ambiance! Nice live music. Great value and pizzas in a nice atmosphere - highly recommend the IO / Gaia / Odysseus. Nice selection of drinks as well. Service is very friendly but overwhelmed and can take some time to get to you. Mobile order setup is very convenient.
We were looking for wood fired pizza, and a local told us to check this spot out. We were NOT disappointed. The back patio has heaters and is open seating. It was such a cute space! You order on your phone, and a waitress brings out your food. They have such an array of pizza options with unexpected toppings. If you're indecisive and can't make up your mind, you can get a half and half pizza. I ended up deciding on the Odysseus (mushroom), and they didn't shy away from the toppings. It was so good! I ended up dipping it in their honey sriracha sauce for a little extra and it was absolutely delish! I'd definitely recommend going here for a pizza and a glass of wine or beer on the back patio!
